  • How do I apply for an apartment?

    All of our vacancies are listed online for you to view and apply for directly! Read our application process guide for information on what is required for approval.

  • Do you allow animals?

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Residents may submit a work order through their tenant portal


    After hours? Familiarize yourself with our troubleshooting tips  until we can address your issue during business hours.


    Emergency after hours requests are addressed by the emergency maintenance line. Please note: all calls to this line are screened to ensure they are routed appropriately. Please leave a voicemail and we will be in touch! 


    We recommend keeping a copy of our Emergency Action Plan around the house for a full list of city wide contacts, local authorities, and recommended emergencies procedures.

  • Is parking assigned?

    With the exception of leased garages (select communities), parking for residents is on a first come basis unless designated by us in some other manner.


    Parking is not provided for certain over-sized trucks, boats, trailers, campers and any other non-passenger motor vehicles. 


    To ensure all residents have access to adequate parking, parking will only be permitted for  vehicles that are currently licensed and in good operating condition. 


    Additional restrictions apply at The Vue, Topper Heights, and Topper Village.

  • How do I set up utilities?

    To activate utilities, you will need to take a paper copy of your countersigned lease to the appropriate utility companies a minimum of 24-48 hours prior to move-in day. Please ask for a receipt or copy of your service agreement showing the connection date as proof of activation.

  • What are my rights as a tenant?

  • My community has a pool, are there rules?

    If applicable, please enjoy the use of the pool and other common areas in accordance with the posted rules. Please note, all guest and occupants must be accompanied by the Resident as there is no lifeguard on duty. Resident is responsible for conduct of and liability of guests and occupants.

  • I'm moving out soon, how do I prepare?

    Please contact your Property Coordinator to submit your notice in accordance with your lease terms. Our staff will walk you through the process, providing notice to vacate instructions and move out inspection scheduling details.


    We offer a cleaning service, which can be elected no later than 48 hrs prior to move out. Click here for a detailed list on what is covered under the service as well as the standard charges that will be assessed for damages to your unit.
